The methodology for honing effective leaders and competent disciples is explicated through the Congress of Christian Education, Union of Churches, Brotherhood Ministry, Women's Missionary Ministry, Young Women's Ministry/Young Matron's Ministry, Usher's Ministry and the Music Ministry. The Association also affords our members an opportunity to receive seminary training by partnering with the Interdenominational Theological Center Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Stewardship, Worship, Evangelism and Christian Education Teams are set up within the Association to lead workshops and seminars upon request in the local churches. Also, the Association encourages churches to support education by pooling monies for Benedict College and Morris College twice a year. Finally, the Association provides an opportunity for pastors and churches to fellowship with each other.
